to earn money or about success and personal development. It is when we are in
our careers that we realise that there a few individuals in society who have
obviously learnt the success secrets as it shows up in their results. It is
said that if you want to achieve great business success, then you have to
walk, talk, think and be different from those around you. This is certainly
true as most people will never bother to take the time to try to learn those
success secrets of those great people who have demonstrated them before us.
One of the main differences between the larger companies and the work from
home business companies is that larger companies have permanent marketing
departments. Sales and marketing strategies and the executing of those
business plans are the main things which take companies forwards. If you are a
work from home business person, the one thing that you are most advised to do
hire a marketing strategy business consultant to help you to grow your
business to the highest levels possible and; with good sales and marketing
strategies that wish that will come true by the work from home businesses.
Are you one of the millions who has problems finding parts for the Rainbow E series vacuum cleaner?
Judging from feedback from it’s customers, Exiee Enterprises determined that a major problem with owners of the unique water based Rainbow E series vacuum cleaner is that it is not always easy to find parts and supplies in their area.
Over the years Rainbow owners discovered that their local distributor may have gone out of business and then they don’t know who to contact to get supplies or parts. The problem is not with Rexair, the parent company that makes the Rainbow but simply that small business owners sometimes go out of business.
This is where Exiee Enterprises fills a need. They sell both original and replacement parts for the Rainbow on the internet. They found that owners of the Rainbow E series vacuum cleaner appreciate the handiness of ordering on the web plus the quick delivery and customer support.
One of the most requested items for the Rainbow E series vacuum cleaner is the 2 quart water basin. Sometimes this part gets cracked or broken and has to be replaced because the machine will not work without it. It can be very frustrating to an owner of this vacuum cleaner to not be able to find a replacement part locally. Exiee Enterprises found a need and filled it, just a simply success story.

If you’ve ever bought anything on eBay (and the chances are you have), then think about your own actions. Buying from a seller with a low feedback rating makes you feel a little nervous and insecure, while buying from a Power Seller with their reputation in the thousands doesn’t require any thought or fear it feels just like buying from a shop.
A Bad Reputation Will Lose You Sales.
In fact, a bad reputation will lose you almost all your sales. If someone leaves you negative feedback, you will feel the pain straight away, as that rating will go right at the top of your user page for everyone to see. Who’s going to want to do business with you when they’ve just read that you “took a month to deliver the item”, or that you had “bad communication and sent a damaged item”? The answer is no-one.
Your next few items will need to be very cheap things, just to push that negative down the page. You might have to spend days or even weeks selling cheap stuff to get enough positive feedback to make anyone deal with you again.
It’s even worse if you consistently let buyers leave negative feedback - once you get below 90% positive ratings, you might as well be invisible.
You Can’t Just Open a New Account.
Besides eBay’s rules about only having one account, there are far more downsides than that to getting a new account. You literally have to start all over again from scratch.
You won’t be able to use all the different eBay features. Your existing customers won’t be able to find you any more. Your auctions will finish at a lower price because of your low feedback rating. Opening a new account is like moving to a new town to get away from a few people who are spreading rumors about you: it’s throwing out the baby with the bathwater.
A Good Reputation Will Get You Sales.
When a Power Seller tells me something, I tend to believe them. They can be selling a pretty unlikely item, but if they guarantee it is what they say it is, then I trust them - they’re not going to risk their reputation, after all. This is the power of a reputation: people know you want to keep it, and they know you’ll go to almost any lengths to do so.
This is true even to the point that I would sooner buy something for $20 from a seller I know I can trust than for $15 from someone with average feedback. It’s worth the extra money to feel like the seller knows what they’re doing, has all their systems in place and will get me the item quickly and efficiently.
You really will find selling on eBay so much easier, and there’s only way to get a good reputation: make sure you please your customers every time. But some customers can be, well, just a little difficult to please. In the next email, we ask: is the eBay customer always right?

First, I don’t believe one is ever debt free. There will always be a reason to spend money. That is, if you want to provide yourself with food, shelter, and clothing and that’s just the necessities. What about your wants or desires?
Someone once told me that the phrase “Money Can’t Buy You Happiness,” was spoken by a poor person as an excuse to make themselves feel better. I agree. Not having money, sure has brought me a lot of unhappiness. I am definitely a lot happier when I have money to pay for the things I need and want! But, if you’re like me, I barely pay for my needs and rarely have any money left for my wants.
So after spending most of my life non-rich, I began to look for ways to become rich. Another phrase I’ve always heard is, “You’ll Never Get Rich Working for Someone Else.” Which obviously means, that if you are to be rich, you should own your own business. Thus, I started searching for a business to own. Now, I’m going to assume that if you are reading this, you too believe that you are never going to get rich as long as you are not the boss. This being the case, allow me to save you some heartache and grief.
First, I looked into a traditional business. One needs quite a bit of capital to get this type of business going. A prime location, a building, rent, start-up fees, employees, advertising, etc., very costly. Another phrase I’ve always
heard is “You Have to Spend Money to Make Money.” Well, that’s easy to say and do if you have… money. If you’re like me, in the “barely and rarely” category this isn’t a good option. I wasn’t discouraged. I continued to look, and on my journey to find riches, I discovered the opportunity to own a home-based
business. Which may be exactly what you are considering, and if so, you should
find this information invaluable. The following 5 Reasons may be Why You Shouldn’t Own a Home-Based Business:
Reason #1: WHICH BUSINESS TO CHOOSE?
If you have been surfing the internet then you know there are hundreds of home-based business offers out there. Many are scams. But how do you know which ones are good and which ones just want your money? Some sell products and/or services, some don’t. Some provide you with a website, others won’t. Your earnings will vary, as will your start-up cost. The list goes on and on. It can take hours, weeks, even months of research to find the right business for you.
Reason #2: LACK OF KNOWLEDGE
Have you ever owned a business? Do you know the first thing about running a business? Let’s say, you have found a home-based business you’re interested in, and you are going to sell lawnmowers. How much do you know about lawnmowers? Do you have experience in sales? How about bookkeeping, advertising or tracking? Do you know where to advertise? Are you going to operate your business off-line as well as on-line? A lack of knowledge can end up costing you a fortune. Which leads me to reason 3.
Reason #3: MONEY
If you are not careful, you can end up spending a lot of money and get little to nothing in return. In first choosing what home-based business you want, there will be an enrollment fee. In other words, you will have to pay to join the business. Then there will be other cost, depending on the business. For example, say you decide to be a cosmetic consultant. You will be selling make-up to your costumers. An additional cost might be the product or inventory you have to sell. You may have to pay a website fee, provide your own advertising, and office expenses.
Reason #4: TIME
A lot of home-based businesses will advertise that you can operate your business while still working your full time job. After your business takes off, then you can quit your job and do your home-based business full time. How much extra time a day, much less a week do you have? Got children? Play sports? Belong to any church groups, organizations, PTA? Possibly you could do your home-based business during the “extra hours” …which normally you would be sleeping.
Reason #5: UNREALISTIC GOALS
Most people want the riches, but don’t make the sacrifice to obtain them. Let’s face it, if getting rich was easy, then wouldn’t everyone be rich? We all like the easy way, but owning a business is work. Another phrase I’ve heard all my life is, “The Buck Stops Here.” In a home-based business, this is true. You are the boss. You are the one held accountable. Success or failure rides on your shoulders. No one is going to make you rich. When you read those success stories that ‘every’ business site puts up, do you wonder, how much did it cost for them to succeed and how many times did they fail
Now, having said what I just said, these SAME 5 REASONS are why YOU SHOULD
OWN YOUR OWN BUSINESS!
Reason #1: WHICH BUSINESS TO CHOOSE?
There are excellent home-based businesses that don’t require you to sell anything. They don’t claim to make you rich over night. They provide ALL the necessary training, advertising, websites, office help etc. to operate your business and are a wise investment to your future goal of being rich.
Reason #2: LACK OF KNOWLEDGE
If you choose the right business, a lack of knowledge won’t be a problem. The business you choose should provide ALL the training and resources for you. You should have access to personal coaching and mentoring whenever you need it. Help with bookkeeping, tracking, advertising, etc. should be a part of your business package. Resources off-line as well as on-line should be at your fingertips. Sign up with a company that has a proven record. By that, I mean they have tried and failed a few times. They know what they are doing from experience. You need to learn from someone who has done it before, not just once, but several times. You are looking for a company that can “talk the talk and do the walk.” You should be able to save a fortune, by using the skills provided to you by your home-based business.
Reason #3: MONEY
Spend or should I say, invest your money wisely. Look at what you are being offered. If you can get a total package deal, take it! What I mean by this is, will the business NOT ONLY provide you with all the resources to run and maintain your business well into the future, but ALSO provide you with skills, knowledge, and training, to venture further into FUTURE business opportunities.
I’m sure you have heard, “Don’t Put All Your Eggs in the Same Basket?” Rich people have multiple streams of income. You think Donald Trump ONLY invests in
real estate?
Reason #4: TIME
Find a business that works around your schedule. Yes, you have to invest some time. But when you do the work once, then you should be able to reap the benefits of that effort, over and over again. Invest in a business that works 24/7. It never sleeps( but you get too). Build your business at your pace… within your time frame. Your reward in the future will be ‘extra’ time!
Reason #5: UNREALISTIC GOALS
When you have the right company supporting you and your business, then you can achieve your goals. The company you sign up with should do everything in
their power to see that you succeed. They should provide you with all the tools, training coaching, mentoring, skills, and knowledge you need. Beware of false promises. You’ve heard “There Is No Such Thing As Something For Free.” Believe it! To be rich, you must follow this formula: Invest in the Time, to gain the Knowledge, to invest your Money in a business that in turn provides you with a Rich Investment.
Who am I and why should you take any of my advise? I’m a married middle-aged blond wife, with 2 teenage children who has spent hour after hour, month after month on the internet looking for a get rich answer. I’m a college graduate, not stupid, but I’ve made a lot of dumb mistakes. Spent a lot of money, gotten
scammed. But I’ve also owned my own successful out of home business for 13 years, plus 2 home-based businesses, so I know a little about business. Maybe
it’s human nature, maybe it’s me, but I’m always looking for the easier way to do things and of course a way to get rich. If this sounds like you, then check
out this website: www.24hourwebcash.com/lauer6821
It didn’t make me rich over night, but honey I’m on way!!
